AssistThe AI in your shared WhatsApp inbox

The reply’s already written.
You just press Send.

Assist reads the chat, your prices and your saved replies, and drafts the answer in your customer’s language. Your team checks it, changes what they like, and sends it.

  • A person always presses Send
  • Your prices, never made up
  • In your customer’s language

Fast or good.
Pick one.

A proper answer on WhatsApp takes minutes: the right price, the delivery fee, a friendly tone. With customers waiting, replies come out quick and rushed, or careful and late.

How it helps

From an empty box
to Send.

Assist works in the composer, where your team already writes. It drafts; they decide.

A reply from the chat, in one tap

Press ✨ with the box empty. Assist reads the conversation, your business profile, your quick replies and what you know about the customer, and writes the answer word by word.

  • In the language the customer wrote in
  • In your team’s tone, or friendly, or professional

Nothing made up

What it doesn’t know, it leaves blank

Prices, fees and hours come from what you’ve told Assist. Where the chat doesn’t say, it leaves a [blank] for you to fill, and won’t send with one still in it unless you say so.

  • Uses what you keep about each customer
  • Your quick replies’ prices, word for word
  • Never promises what your profile rules out
Rewrite

Type it rough. Send it right.

Dash it off the way you’d text a friend, then pick how it should sound. Or tell Assist in your own words what to change, as many times as you like.

Translate

Every customer in your language. Every reply in theirs.

Read a message in Polish, Tamil or Arabic in your own language, saved for the whole team. Then write your answer in yours, and send it in theirs.

You stay in charge

A person always presses Send.

  • Drafts, never sends

Assist only fills the composer or shows something on your side. Nothing reaches a customer until someone on your team sends it.

  • Off until you turn it on

Assist starts switched off. The owner turns it on for the workspace, and turning it off hides it everywhere at once.

  • Your facts, or a blank

It answers from your business profile, quick replies and the chat. Anything they don’t say becomes a [blank] to fill, never a guess.

  • Marked on your side only

A reply written with Assist gets a small ✨ inside the app, so you can see how much it helps. Customers just get your reply and signature.

  • Customers can’t steer it

What customers write is read as part of the chat, never as instructions to Assist. It has nothing to send and no buttons to press.

  • You choose who uses it

Roles decide who can use Assist and who manages it. Turning it on or off, and changes to its settings, go in the activity log.

FAQ

Questions about Assist.

Does Assist ever reply to customers by itself?

No. Assist fills the composer, or shows a summary, translation or answer on your side. A message only goes to a customer when someone on your team presses Send.

Will customers know a reply was written with AI?

Only if you tell them. Inside the app, replies written with Assist get a small ✨ so your team can see it. Customers get the text and your signature, like any other reply.

Where do the prices in its replies come from?

From your business profile (what you sell, prices, delivery, payment, hours and anything never to promise), your quick replies and the chat itself. If none of them says, Assist leaves a [blank] for you to fill.

Which languages does it write in?

Suggested replies follow the customer: Malay mixed with English if that’s how they write, Gulf Arabic if they write it. Or always your workspace’s language, if you prefer. Translate works between almost any two languages.

What are credits, and what happens when they run out?

Each helper uses a few credits a time, from your monthly credits and then any extra ones. If they run out, Assist pauses until the 1st; the rest of the inbox keeps working. Owners and admins hear about it at 80%.

What does it cost?

Assist is included in early access, with credits every month. Plans in your currency come before early access ends, with plenty of notice.

Where do my chats go when I use it?

When you use a helper, the messages from the chat you’re working on go to our AI provider to write that answer. Nothing goes to customers without you, and Assist stays off until your workspace’s owner turns it on.

Can I choose who uses it?

Yes. Owners and admins manage Assist; roles decide who can use it. Someone who can’t reply to a chat can still summarise and translate it, but not write replies.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, in the Close app on any phone: the same ✨ in the composer. It isn’t inside the WhatsApp app itself.

Stop typing the same answer.
Start pressing Send.
